Carcass Exit

The delivery of quartered carcasses to producers or their sale is managed through this module. Upon carcass exit, temperature and pH measurements are taken using the MeatStation, and if desired, a new label is generated along with weighing information before loading onto the vehicle. Simultaneously, this data is transferred to the ERP system through ERP integration. For customers using the MeatSales system, if a sale is conducted, sales and distribution can be managed through this system, including on-site billing and weighing processes, effectively concluding the entire supply chain.
