With Meatsys, the results of both Ante-Mortem and Post-Mortem examinations are meticulously recorded. Moreover, Condemnation and conditional process records can be seamlessly incorporated into the system. Notably, issues pertaining to carcasses are documented, ensuring the complete alignment of veterinary records with legal statutes and regulations. These sections are fully configurable based on our clients' preferences, adhering to their specific parameters.
Sanitation and Temperature Records
Within the system, sanitation records, particularly critical for ISO 22000 food safety compliance, are logged in tandem with time records, encompassing the agents used and relevant personnel. These records are not only captured but also meticulously reported. Temperature records, if required, can be automatically obtained from the temperature recording system and seamlessly integrated into the platform.
Traceability
Meatsys automatically maintains traceability for all products, accommodating a range of processing methods, from batch-based traceability to individual product traceability. Traceability records are collected from the field through methods such as barcoding and RFID, ensuring thorough product-based documentation. For product groups where individual tracking might be challenging, batch-based traceability records can be readily reported upon request. This comprehensive approach underscores our commitment to maintaining robust records and facilitating seamless traceability across all stages of processing.
